Elizabeth Cross Presentation

The Elizabeth Cross is a form of recognition given to the recognised next of kin of members of the British Armed Forces killed in action or as a result of a terrorist attack after the Second World War. It bears the name of the late British monarch, Queen Elizabeth II.

Lord-Lieutenant of Perth and Kinross, Stephen Leckie, was honoured to present The Elizabeth Cross to the family of the late Captain JR Moffat, of the Royal Regiment of Artillery, who gave his life for Queen and country at a ceremony at Perth and Kinross Council Civic Hall.
