Deputy Lieutenant Sue Jardine Paterson visited Lady Jean Wemyss today to congratulate her on her 100th birthday. Sue presented Lady Jean with a card from King Charles III and Queen Consort Camilla. Councillor Michelle Frampton delivered flowers from Perth and Kinross Council.
