Deputy Lieutenant Sue Jardine Paterson had the pleasure to visit Mrs Gaskell with Bailie Rhona Brock on the occasion of her 100th birthday. Sue presented a card from Their Majesties The King and Queen and Rhona a basket of flowers from Perth & Kinross Council.
