Deputy Lieutenant Brigadier Mark Dodson was delighted to represent the Lord-Lieutenant at the bi-annual inspection of Perth Sea Cadets, Training Ship FAIRMAID, at Shore Road, Perth, on Monday night, where he presented Leading Cadet Caoimhe Wylie with her Lord-Lieutenant’s cadet badge and certificate.
