It was a pleasure for Lord-Lieutenant Stephen Leckie to visit Jackson and Elspeth Robb today, who were celebrating their Diamond Wedding, and to present a card from Their Royal Highnesses The King and Queen. He was accompanied by Provost Xander McDade who presented a basket of flowers from Perth and Kinross Council and Bill Duncan, Moderator of the Society of High Constables of the City of Perth.
