Charles Gallagher, Deputy Lieutenant for Perth & Kinross, presented a 100th Birthday card to Jim Thomson, on behalf of His Majesty King Charles III. The celebration took place on 26th February at the Royal Hotel in Comrie, and was attended by Jim’s friends & family. Rhona Brock, a local independent councillor, also presented flowers on behalf of Perth & Kinross Council.
