Brigadier Mark Dodson DL was on hand at BCG Coupar Angus Care Home, to deliver a birthday card from Their Majesties The King and Queen to Mr Dennis Arnold on the occasion of his 100th birthday. Councillor Colin Stewart presented flowers and a card on behalf of Perth and Kinross Council. They joined some of Dennis’ family, other residents and staff, along with a young piper to mark this special day.
