Mrs Annie Patton’s 100th birthday

Deputy Lieutenant Dr James Kynaston was delighted to visit Annie Patton to celebrate her 100th birthday with a card from Their Majesties The King and Queen and to deliver a floral arrangement from Perth and Kinross Council
