It was a pleasure for Vice Lord-Lieutenant Alex Cairncross to visit Irene Wilkie on the occasion of her 100th birthday and to deliver birthday wishes from Their Majesties The King and Queen.
Councillor Liz Barrett accompanied Alex and presented Irene with a basket of flowers and card from Perth and Kinross Council.
