Stephen Leckie, Lord-lieutenant of Perth and Kinross was delighted to present Flight Sergeant Sebastian Kimber with his Lord-Lieutenant’s Cadet certificate and looks forward to working with Sebastian at the many events we have in the county in the coming year.
