Deputy Lieutenant Brigadier Mark Dodson was delighted to represent the Lord-Lieutenant at the bi-annual inspection of Perth Sea Cadets, Training Ship FAIRMAID, at Shore Road, Perth, on Monday night, where he presented Leading Cadet Caoimhe Wylie with her Lord-Lieutenant’s cadet badge and certificate.
Caoimhe takes up her appointment on Armed Forces Day on 29 June. Before then she will be taking part in the national events in France marking the 80th anniversary of the D Day landings.
