Vice Lord-Lieutenant Alex Cairncross was invited to join Peter and Sheena Cargill, their family and friends today to celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary. Alex presented a framed card from Their Majesties The King and Queen and an orchid from Perth and Kinross Council.
