It was a great pleasure for Vice Lord-Lieutenant Alex Cairncross to visit life-long family friends, Mike and Annette Hope, to congratulate them on their Sapphire wedding anniversary. Alex presented cards from The King and Queen, and Lord-Lieutenant Stephen Leckie. Councillor Sheila McCole presented flowers from the Provost and Councillors at Perth and Kinross Council.
